Production Assistant

For its Diagnostics Business Unit, Diagenode is looking for a Production Assistant (M/F).

Mission

Participate to the production of diagnostic kits for human infectious diseases in compliance with internal procedures and quality standards (ISO 13485) and within defined deadlines

Key responsibilities

  • Produce kits for sale, clinical studies and demonstrations (preparation, aliquoting, labeling, final assembly)
  • Conduct validation tests and write technical reports
  • Manage inventory and stock supply
  • Participate actively in the management of laboratory equipments
  • Participate in quality improvement program

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in science (biochemistry, biology, biomedical sciences)
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in a similar function
  • Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (PCR, extraction)
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 or 13485 environment
  • Knowledge of product validation and transfer principles
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite
  • Fluent in English
  • Careful and rigorous
  • Team spirit, dynamic, enthusiastic and excellent ability to communicate
  • Organized, autonomous, good planner, able to handle multiple tasks in parallel

Sales & Marketing Officer

For its Diagnostics division, Diagenode is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Officer (M/F).

The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing daily activities to drive the overall success of the business:

Key responsibilities

  • Follow up the Sales & Marketing actions, assisting in the planning and delivery of the Marketing Plan
  • Ensure the delivery and traceability of the marketing and product documentation
  • Manage the exhibitions (booth, badges, hotels, documents, invoices, logistics...)
  • Consolidate the responses to tenders, in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team
  • Record and follow up Customer Feedbacks, managed in first line by Product Manager
  • Promptly and effectively attend to requests from the customers and teams
  • Liaise the contact between the teams and the rest of the organization
  • Generate monthly or on-demand analysis for Sales & Marketing team
  • Maintain Customer database to facilitate sales activities
  • Manage the organization of the Sales Meetings (hotels, flights...)
  • Coordinate with outside agencies (printing, advertising, exhibitions, packaging…)

Required qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in marketing or sciences
  • Interest for molecular biology and microbiology is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Windows environment and MS Office package
  • Innovative, rigorous, solution-driven
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and multi-tasking skills
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
