Diagenode Diagnostics assays can be used with 3 different type of controls.
DNA or RNA virus having no sequences similarities with human genome or with pathogens affecting human. These extraction and inhibition controls allow users of diagnostic assays to asses nucleic acid extraction efficiency and detect the presence of PCR inhibitor or process error.
